"Grandmother?"

Elrond visiting Nerdanel after he finally arrives in Valinor.

Haha, I just.. really like to think that Elrond considers Nerdanel to be more of a family to him than Earendil and Elwing. And just Nerdanel herself. I mean. Her sons, the most evil elves ever. I doubt she hears any good things about them, probably even the fact that M&M took care of E&E is looked on as ‘oh, they taken two young children as hostages, how evil!’. But then comes Elrond with his side of the story and she can finally hear that not all her sons ever done in Middle-earth was wrong? Idk even, haha, sorry, just… feels. *sobs*
